Tales From the Borderlands is coming back to digital stores soon

Tales From the Borderlands is returning to digital stores after being phased out in 2019 following the closure of developer Telltale Games.

After a long absence, Tales from the Borderlands it is returning to digital retailers. Telltale’s beloved entry into Gearbox’s wacky galactic universe will no longer be a rarity and fans can continue to slam through various doors to try and get a green-lit sequel.

Tales from the frontiers was pulled from digital retailers like PlayStation Store about 2 years ago after Telltale Games closed. Several titles from the studio’s catalog were pulled from retailers, but some have made a comeback, such as the Batman games. Today in The Borderlands Show, 2K and Gearbox have confirmed that Tales from the Borderlands It will return to digital retailers next week. The game will release a single pack instead of the a la carte option for the 5 episodes Telltale used previously. Players can also access the game on Xbox Series X / S and PS5 through backward compatibility. The study also confirmed that the game will not have its usual pick stats at the end of each level. In most Telltale games, players can see what choices they made at the end of each episode and compare how their choices compared to those of other players who also finished it. The function was removed for unknown reasons, but it could possibly have something to do with the Telltale data.

Tales from the Borderlands is one of Telltale’s most acclaimed games, showcasing the studio’s ability to delve into other video game universes than its own. The game is considered canon for Gearbox and the characters have even reappeared in border territories 2 DLC and Borderlands 3. The game will only be available on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, but hopefully a Nintendo Switch version will come later as well.

the Borderlands The universe will continue to expand, but this time outside of video games. A Borderlands The movie is in active Eli Roth development and the cast is building up pretty fast. So far, Jamie Lee Curtis, Kevin Hart, and Cate Blanchett have joined the film in various roles. The film currently has no release date, but the fact that it is gaining traction so quickly is showing promise.
