How a symbol of the hunger games became key to a protest movement in real life

Following protests in 2014, the Thai military decided to ban the use of the three-finger symbol on The Hunger Games. And last week, protesters, including medical workers and youth, took to the streets in Myanmar to oppose a military coup by also using the three-finger symbol again, for The Guardian.
