Bam Margera Says He Was Eliminated From Jackass 4 By The Studio

Jackass star Bam Margera has been cut from the upcoming Jackass 4 after failing to abide by the production rules on his substance abuse.

Donkey Star Bam Margera has revealed that he has been eliminated from the next Jackass 4 by Paramount and asked fans to boycott the movie. The 41-year-old former professional skater has notoriously struggled with drugs and alcohol in recent years and was reportedly only allowed to be part of the last Donkey delivered if he agreed to stay clean and sober throughout his production.

Although Margera has always been known to enjoy a party-packed lifestyle, things got a lot more complicated after the death of her best friend and ex. Donkey co-star, Ryan Dunn. Dunn tragically died in a car accident in 2011, and in the years since, Margera has turned to substances as a means of dealing with her grief and depression. After repeated run-ins with the law and failed attempts to stay sober, Margera even reached out to television’s Dr. Phil for help. Like the rumors of a possible fourth entry in the Donkey The franchise grew, it was revealed that Margera was allowed to rejoin the cast of the production only if she could stay sober. During the filming of Jackass 4, Margera has undergone regular urine and breathalyzer tests, and fans were hopeful that she was finally on the right track.

Unfortunately, according to LADbible, Margera has now been cut from Jackass 4 by Paramount. The obvious conclusion is that he did not fulfill his end of the deal that allowed him to rejoin the Donkey crew in the first place, although Margera maintains that Donkey it was everything to him and now he’s struggling to make his (crowd-funded) Donkey-as production. Describing their recent split from the famous stupid stunt franchise in a now-deleted Instagram video, Margera stated:

“Who the hell cares if I’m drunk as hell? Jackass has put me through hell on wheels for a year and a half. I wrote them so many ideas, and if I’m not in the movie and they use my ideas, how do you think “What will it make me feel? The last thing I want to do is be in a courtroom with Jeff Tremaine, I love him. But fuck, man, I’m ‘I’m not in Jackass 4?” If anyone cares about me, don’t go see their movie, because I’ll make my own, damn it, if you sell me a dollar. Jackass was everything to me. “

A Donkey Without Margera it probably won’t feel the same to many fans of the franchise, but the rules by which she was allowed to be a part of the sequel were clearly established from the start. In fact, it’s very sad to see Margera’s addictions take over him in this way, and her claims that he will make a better movie than Donkey if the fans throw some money at him they are just as unfortunate. In the eyes of Paramount and probably the Donkey team, Margera has had one chance after another to get on the right track and has wasted those opportunities. It remains to be seen whether his “damn radder“version of Donkey it comes to fruition, but the odds are against it at this point.

While fans are understandably angry at Margera for her firing from Jackass 4It is important to remember that your addictions and depression dominate you so firmly that you are constantly fighting an uphill battle. Other Donkey Stars like Steve-O have managed to overcome their own chemical dependencies, but not all people have the same struggle. Hopefully, Margera will be able to get out of this extremely difficult situation and the best thing fans can do right now is offer encouragement and support while remaining patient.
