Together, the queens watch shows and movies recently added to Netflix and make pranks as they do so. Though I like to see is produced by Netflix, the series is limited to the streaming giant Youtube Channel, to the dismay of fans.
The pandemic prompted Trixie and Katya to complete filming for season two from home, but the new surroundings didn’t take away from the duo’s comedy. After reacting to everything from The curse of Bly Manor to King tiger to Cobra Kai, I like to see Season 2 wrapped up in mid-January 2021. Amid the clamor for season 3, fans are hoping to see the series earn a well-deserved official spot on Netflix.

I like to see It is far from the first time that Trixie Mattel and Katya Zamolodchikova have successfully partnered. After meeting in season 7 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, the duo joined forces to create UNHhhh, an unscripted comedy web series. Armed with nothing but a green screen, Trixie and Katya navigate a variety of topics with the slogan “The show we talk about what we want. Because it’s our show, not yours.”
At the 2020 Streamy Awards, where Trixie and Katya also hosted, UNHhhh won the Unscripted Series category. Awards aside, UNHhhh cultivated a massive following that spawned several spin-offs, including that of Viceland The Trixie and Katya show. Given Trixie and Katya’s successful work histories and their undeniable chemistry, it’s no surprise that fans flocked to Netflix’s YouTube channel to support the duo’s latest endeavor.
I like to see deserves to be streamed on Netflix. The series has received positive reviews from various LGBTQ news posts, including Out of Y PinkNews. It has also caught the attention of The New York Times, who praised I like to see for its “mild escapism” and described it as “reminiscent of Glasses box but with more glamor. “
As well as giving Trixie and Katya fans what they want, featuring I like to see to Netflix is an opportunity to bring an LGBTQ compatible show to a wider audience. Unfortunately, the community is often underrepresented in mainstream entertainment, and drag drops even lower on the list. Drag offers comedy, art, and escapism, and it’s about subverting the genre. However, drag is often misinterpreted due to harmful stereotypes and / or unfamiliarity. It may seem like a small step, but add I like to see a Netflix is one way to combat these problems.
Currently, with I like to see only on YouTube, its fate is decided by algorithms.
