South Park is betting on an early return to Comedy Central this year with an hour-long vaccination episode.
“South ParQ The Vaccination Special” will premiere on March 10 at 8 pm ET / PT and will also simulcast on MTV2. “We’ll be a pack” appears during a short teaser video for the new South Park episode. The episode description reads: “Citizens of South ParQ are crying out for the COVID-19 vaccine. A hilarious new militant group tries to stop children from vaccinating their teacher.”
The hour-long event follows “The South Park Pandemic Special,” which will air at 7 pm ET / PT. It was South Park’s highest-rated episode in seven years with a total of 4.4 million viewers on September 30, 2020. “South Park’s The Pandemic Special” followed Randy coming to terms with his role in the coronavirus pandemic ( COVID-19) and the challenges it represents for South Park.
