WandaVision star and Monica Rambeau actor Teyonah Parris teased that the limited series will have an “epic and incredibly sad” ending.

Although it has more jovial moments, Disney + WandaVision has proven to be a very dark series, due to elements like the pent-up memories of the Westview people or, as seen in last week’s episode, The Vision nearly died again while trying to get out of town. However, series star Teyonah Parris, who plays Monica Rambeau, teased a sad ending for WandaVision.

While talking to THRParris was asked if he could “spare a couple of adjectives” that better describe his reaction to WandaVisionThe last three episodes without spoiling anything. “Epic and incredibly sad,” Parris said. “I mean, the whole show is incredibly sad for me, but I’m putting those words together.”

WandaVision is set to lead straight to the 2022s Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness, which will see Elizabeth Olsen reprise her role as Scarlet Witch. It will also be followed on Disney + by The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which opens in March. Parris, meanwhile, will return as Monica Rambeau in Captain Marvel 2, which is released the same year.
