Remember that awareness I mentioned in the last section? Well, for Pinocchio, that cognitive process is personified through a cricket; Jimmy Cricket, to be precise. Having had a much larger role at Disney’s Pinocchio Compared to the cricket from the original story, it’s only natural that the live-action remake would bring it back. Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who recently appeared in Project power Y The Chicago 7 trial, has been selected to voice Jiminy, though we’ll have to wait and see if he wears the same kind of old-time gentleman outfit that his animated predecessor wore, or if he sports different threads … or whatever. clothes at all!
