Joe Madureira announces the return of the Battle Chasers comic


Joe Madureira officially announced the return of his Battle Chasers comic and shared preview pages of the new book.

Battle hunters is making its big comeback to comics after a 20-year hiatus.

Joe Madureira revealed the news on social media, posting an image article. Battle hunters‘various characters to Instagram. Madureira also published images of Battle hunters # 10 from Ludo Lullabi to Twitter, thanking fans for the love. “Every page surprises me!” Madureira wrote. He also noted that the issue would be 32 pages long, and the sponsors of the Battle Hunters: Nightwar The game will receive its copies before it goes on sale later this year.

Created by Madureira in 1998, Battle hunters follows the story of the legendary warrior Garrison and Gully, who is the daughter of the missing warrior Aramus. The series is famous for its many delays, with huge differences between the numbers. Madureira first announced in 2017 that it would conclude the series with three issues, and the art of Battle hunters # 10 indicates that such conclusion is in progress.

Madureira also created the Battle Hunters: Nightwar video game, which was based on the comic and was released under his company Airship Syndicate. Funded through Kickstarter, the game launched in 2017 and became a huge success. Madureira has done illustrations for other comics and video games, including Darksiders Y Avenging spider man.
