A new clip from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier reveals the newly appointed Captain America by the government, who is not Sam Wilson or Bucky Barnes.

The clip exposes Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes’ argument about the “Big Three” threats they have faced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe while discussing the Flag-Smashers. This suggests possible friction between Sam and Walker, especially since Rogers passed his shield to Sam at the end of Avengers Endgame.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will see the title duo facing multiple challenges as they try to uphold Captain America’s legacy. In addition to Walker and the anarchists Flag-Smashers, the duo must also deal with the return of Batroc the Leaper and Helmut Zemo, who has been described as even more complex and dangerous by series director Kari Skogland.
