It’s Kurt Russell’s 70th birthday, marking a cause for celebration for fans of the veteran actor around the world. Another fan also took the opportunity to celebrate Russell’s 70th birthday along with the 50th anniversary of the Disney comedy film. The barefoot executive, starring Russell in a lead role and which was just released on the actor’s 20th birthday.

As a child actor, Russell made his film debut in the 1963 sitcom. It happened at the World’s Fair like a kid kicking star Elvis Presley in the shin. Interestingly, Russell would play the famous singer years later in John Carpenter’s television biopic. Elvis with a performance that earned him an Emmy Award nomination; He also had a cameo in Forrest Gump as the voice of Elvis.
Of course, Mr. Presley was just one of the many performances that fans have enjoyed from Russell over the years. He had frequently worked with Elvis director John Carpenter on various other projects, such as Big trouble in little China, The thing, Escape from New York, and its sequel Escape from LA. Carpenter recently said that he would love to work with Russell again if he got the chance.
Meanwhile, Russell’s other more famous roles include parts in Backdraft, Tango and cash, Tombstone, the hateful eight, Breakdown, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Y Once upon a time in hollywood. Most recently, he played Santa Claus alongside his real-life wife Goldie Hawn as Mrs. Claus in Christmas movies. The Christmas Chronicles Y The Christmas Chronicles 2 on Netflix. Russell has teased that Santa could be the last character he will play before retiring.
