The Boys star Anthony Starr revealed that he has seen Zack Snyder’s Justice League and rated it superior to theatrical release.

Antony Starr from Boys has seen the four hour cut of Zack Snyder’s Justice League and is officially a fan of him.

Calling the Snyder Cut “top” on your Twitter Page, Starr admitted however that this movie “was not made for theaters or bladders … It would have needed at least two urination breaks and a half-time lunch break.” It also highlighted the scenes and hair of Jason Momoa’s Aquaman. Although he had questions about the underwater physics of the film, he asked, “How do you make air bubbles in deep water with your movement?”

Boys and the marketing in the show’s universe have openly parodied the tone and aesthetic of previous Zack Snyder films such as Iron Man Y Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Much of Season 2 was focused on producing a Justice League-inspired movie call Dawn of the seven, which featured the Seven as themselves in a melodramatic gritty story as they acted more altruistically than they are off-camera. One scene in particular even hints at Whedon being involved in producing the film’s script, with Homelander poking fun at Queen Maeve for a bluntly written conversation with his girlfriend from the movie by noting how “Joss’s rewrite really sings.”
