In what appears to be a mix of stalker thriller and supernatural mystery, Lisey’s story It seems to be far from a traditional love story, which is to be expected from King. But since this is a deeply personal project for King inspired by his own 50-year marriage, please wait Lisey’s story to also be a sincere love story. According to King, the story is specifically about “the long marriage, celebrity and the side of life that is public and the side of life that is private, and the door between those two worlds. “
Over the years, adaptations of King’s novels and short stories have certainly been unpredictable with stay by me, Misery, The glow, Y Life imprisonment becoming classics of cinema and others like The night aviator, Cell, Y The dark tower fall into the realm of mediocrity. However, with King writing all eight scripts for the show, it is likely that Lisey’s story falls closer to the previous category.
