Since its premiere in 2002, The Bachelor it has become a cultural phenomenon. The show has built a dedicated fanbase who loves to tune in every Monday to watch a man woo thirty women and hopefully fall madly in love with one of them and live happily ever after.

During the past 10 singles, some found their person forever, while others found Instagram fame and book deals.

10 Matt James (season 25)

Matt James made history as the first black male lead in The Bachelor when its season premiered last January. In the end, he chose to date Rachael Kirkconnell rather than propose to her, but they broke up earlier. After the final rose due to his previously racist behavior.

Since then, Peter has been in a relationship with fifth-place finalist Kelley Flanagan that ended in late December. Currently, Peter remains single and has been seen dating the other Bachelor Nation men in New York, where he lives with fellow contestant Dustin Kendrick.

8 Colton Underwood (season 23)

Colton Underwood jumped the fence in his season of The Bachelor. His reasoning was that he wanted so badly to be with the favorite Cassie Randolph, and she had eliminated herself. At the end of the season they got back together and decided to take it easy and quit the show.

Colton published a book in March 2020, titled The first time. Colton and Cassie remained together until May 2020, when they announced their breakup. In September, Cassie filed for a restraining order against Colton after he allegedly sent her threatening text messages and put a tracking device on his vehicle.

7 Arie Luyendyk Jr. (Season 22)

Arie Luyendyk Jr. surprised many fans when he decided to propose to Becca Kufrin over Lauren Burnham at the Final Rose Ceremony. That is why it did not surprise many when he changed his mind and broke up with Becca to seek a future with Lauren.

The racing driver proposed to Lauren in After the final rose, and the two were married in January 2019. They welcomed their daughter Alessi in May of that year and are currently expecting twins. They recently announced plans to move to Hawaii.

6 Nick Viall (season 21)

Since his single days, Nick has competed in Dancing with the stars and started his own podcast called The Viall Archives where he interviews celebrities and Bachelor Nation members alike. Lately, he debuted his relationship with his new girlfriend, Natalie Joy, on Instagram.

5 Ben Higgins (season 20)

Ben Higgins stole the hearts of fans and Kaitlyn Bristowe when he competed on season 11 of High school. As the leader in his own season, he got down on one knee and proposed to stewardess Lauren Bushnell.

4 Chris Soules (season 19)

Chris Soules first appeared in Andi Dorfman’s season of High school. In season 19 of The Bachelor, got engaged to Whitney Bischoff, but they split two months after the final.

In 2015, Chris competed in Dancing with the stars and finished in fifth place. In 2017, he was involved in a fatal car accident in which he fled the scene, which led to him being sentenced to two years of probation. Most recently, Chris was linked to Victoria Fuller from Peter Weber’s season, but their romance was short-lived.

3 Juan Pablo Galavis (Season 18)

After competing for Ashley Herbert’s heart in High school, Ben Flajnik took the reins as leader of the 16th season of The Bachelor. She proposed to model Courtney Robertson at the Final Rose Ceremony, but they broke up while the season aired.

Ben and Courtney briefly met as an engaged couple before finally ending their relationship in the fall of 2012. After the show, started working at Yelp, and was once seen on a date with actress Jennifer Love Hewitt. Now he remains relatively out of the limelight.
