The Vice TV trailer for Dark Side of the Ring season 3 features characters like Chris Jericho and actor-turned-wrestler David Arquette.
Vice TV recently released the trailer for season 3 of their hit series, Dark side of the ring, which opens in early May.
Published in YoutubeThe two-minute clip includes comments from the likes of Chris Jericho, Eric Bischoff, and Jake “The Snake” Roberts. Fans will also hear from Shari Tyree, better known as Ultimate Warrior’s ex-wife, and actor-turned-wrestler David Arquette.
At one point in the trailer, Arquette admits that she was “in more than [his] head “when he stepped into the ring for a messy 2018 deathmatch against Nick Gage. The trailer ends with author, podcaster, and occasional pro wrestler Jim Cornette asking,” Can’t you just do the happy side of the ring every now and then? ? “
Season 2 of the series concluded in May 2020, with a record audience tuning in to the finale, which told the story of wrestler Owen Hart’s tragic death in the ring. The episode drew 628,000 viewers, breaking Live + 3’s previous viewership and the network’s key demographic records.
At the time, Vice Television General Manager Morgan Hertzan said: “We are absolutely ecstatic with the success of Dark side of the ring. Audiences respond to our courageous and compelling narrative and this series has proven to be a heavyweight on the television landscape. “
It was previously announced that Season 3 of Dark side of the ring It will consist of 14 new episodes, with the first six installments dedicated to the stories of Brian Pillman, Nick Gage, The Collision In Korea, Ultimate Warrior, Grizzly Smith and Dynamite Kid. The next batch of episodes will be revealed at the end of April.
