Marvel releases the covers of its two 2021 Free Comic Book Day specials, introducing exciting new eras for the Avengers, Hulk, Spider-Man and Venom.

Marvel Comics has revealed the covers and first details for their upcoming Free Comic Book Day specials.

The Free Comic Book Day 2021: Avengers / Hulk will feature a cover by Ryan Ottley (Invincible, amazing Spider-Man), weather Free Comic Book Day 2021: Spider-Man / Venom features a cover by Patrick Gleason (Amazing spider man, Superman.) Attached creative teams include Avengers writer Jason Aaron and Reckless write Chip Zdarsky, with Iban Coello (Poison) and Greg Smallwood (Moon knight) providing art homework for specials.

Each special contains two stories, each of which focuses on different characters. Marvel also stated that the stories will tie into upcoming stories later this year and will shape “exciting new eras” for the Marvel heroes involved.

The Venom / Hulk Special was one of 12 titles announced for the Free Comic Book Day Gold Sponsor Titles, including a Star Wars: the high republic IDW Publishing special and a Bounty hunter Titan Comics special. A total of 51 titles will be released from a variety of publishers. The Free Comic Committee has also changed the date of Free Comic Book Day due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Originally the first weekend in May, Free Comic Book Day 2021 will take place in August.

Free Comic Book Day 2021: Avengers / Hulk Y Free Comic Book Day 2021: Spider-Man / Venom will be available on August 14.
