As reported by the Twitter user @DBSChronicles, Toei is evidently planning to announce the second Dragon ball super movie this Sunday, May 9, which is recognized as Goku’s Day. However, an article about the announcement appears to have been accidentally shared on the official Toei Animation Europe website on May 5. Its headline reads: “Toei Animation marks Goku’s day with a surprise announcement again Dragon ball super Movie in 2022 “.

Other users ventured to the Toei website to verify this report. An user shared screenshots of his efforts, stating that while the article itself has apparently been removed and simply leads to the 404 error page, the article preview remained active for a while.
