Located at 339 Convent Avenue in Harlem’s Hamilton Heights neighborhood, the 1889 townhouse is available to tourists for $ 20,000 per month, according to Indiewire.
Developed by Jacob D. Butler and designed by Adolph Hoak, the 6,000-square-foot property was previously the home of US Attorney Charles H. Tuttle and has been visited by New York icons such as Fiorello LaGuardia and James Russel Parson.
