Mike & Lauren (best)
When Mike Sorrentino first burst onto the scene, the last thing viewers could imagine was “The Situation” with a lifelong girlfriend. However, Mike and his college girlfriend Lauren reconnected after the show and found that their love was still strong. The couple have survived many hardships and trials of true love, including Mike’s imprisonment for tax evasion. The couple shows that they really bring out the best in each other. Mike proposed to Lauren in April 2018 and the two were married in November of that year. They share their adorable dog Mosley, and Lauren gave birth to their first child, a son named Romeo, this spring. For many, Mike and Lauren are the show’s latest romantic success story.
Ronnie and Jenn (worst)
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has aired some of the messiest romances in the world. The Jersey Shore franchise, as few loyal fans can forget his relationship with Sammi Giancola. Ronnie’s most disastrous relationship occurred with Jenn Harley, who is the mother of his daughter Ariana. The couple’s relationship accelerated when Ronnie was criticized for cheating accusations. However, it is Ronnie and Jenn’s violent nature that has made them such a despised duo. While they have both been known for their physical fights with each other, they also have a complicated history between them involving arrests on both sides.
Deena & Chris (best)
On the other hand, Deena Cortese and Chris Buckner are a loving couple that fans are constantly supporting. The couple got engaged in 2016 and were happily married the following year. They now share a son, CJ, who was born in 2019. Unlike many of the other show couples, Deena and Chris present a healthy and happy union for reality TV. While many cast members deal with jealousy, Chris has always been extremely kind and supportive of Deena. The couple give themselves space and permission to be themselves, and they are surprisingly practical.
Jenni and Zack (worst)
While Deena and Chris seem destined to be, Jenni Farley and Zack “24” Carpinello didn’t match up from the start. Although Jenni and Roger, her longtime partner, weren’t perfect, they had a huge following who hoped to see them figure things out. However, Jenni’s relationship with Zack lacked support from viewers. His youngest partner was named “24” for his age and he didn’t seem to fit into the group despite his and Jenni’s total initial infatuation. Few viewers were sad to see Zack leave when the duo inevitably broke up.
Pauly & Nikki (best)
Paul DelVecchio, better known as Pauly D, has dated and wooed many women while traveling the world as a DJ. However, the now 40-year-old proved he was ready to settle down when he appeared on Double shot at love. The DJ surprised everyone when his romance with show contestant Nikki Hall continued beyond the show. Pauly and Nikki are happy couples who have weathered the storm of fame from reality TV and dating drama. Viewers are happy to see Pauly settle down and hope that the DJ will have children with Nikki in the future.
