Batman and Catwoman escape Fortnite Island only to find that some of DC’s greatest villains are working alongside some of the game’s villains!

bat Man and Catwoman have finally escaped Zero Point in Fortnite Island, but after returning to Gotham City, the Dark Knight discovers that some of the greatest villains from DC and Fortnite are working together. In the final chapter of Batman / Fortnite Zero Point, Deathstroke reunites with Lex Luthor, who reveals that he is working alongside the Batman Who Laughs and Fortnite Island’s main villain, Doctor Sloane, to connect their realities.
After agreeing to team up with Deathstroke to figure out how to escape Fortnite Island and its Ragnarok-like cycle of death and rebirth, Batman was betrayed once the pair discovered Zero Point. To teleport back to Gotham City, Batman and Catwoman needed another person from their reality to activate the large glowing multiversal device. Batman learned that Deathstroke had not had his memory erased like any other DC hero upon entering the reality of the game and was on the island for a mysterious purpose. Now, DC Comics revealed Deathstroke’s reason for being on the island – he left an anchor in Fortnite reality that tied his own reality with it.

On Batman / Fortnite: Zero Point Donald Mustard, Christos Gage, Reilly Brown, Nelson DeCastro, John Kalisz and Andworld Design’s “Part Six”, Batman and Catwoman come up with a plan to avoid being trapped on Fortnite Island. Realizing that they need someone else from their DC world to activate Zero Point, the pair go after Harley Quinn, who has no desire to leave. Harley tells them that she likes to dress up, fight and floss which accompanies being on the island. After knocking out Harley and encountering evil doppelgangers of themselves, the trio reaches Zero Point. Activating the vortex and opening a hole in their reality, Batman and Catwoman return to Gotham and go their separate ways once their memory is restored. However, the comic reveals why Zero Point was activated in the first place.
Batman meets Jim Gordon and tells him that there is no way Deathstroke planned things himself. The next scene reveals that Deathstroke worked alongside Lex Luthor and left an anchor on the island to gain its vast power. The villains also worked with the Batman Who Laughs, in the style of the Joker, who gave them a glimpse of Batman and other realities. Luthor tips his mug towards another villain who is revealed to be Fortnite’s Doctor Sloane. She tells Luthor that he delivered what she wanted, and now it’s her turn to do the same, as a mysterious rift opens up over Gotham.
The revelation that Doctor Sloane, the main antagonist of Fortnite Chapter 7 is working alongside Lex Luthor, Deathstroke and Batman Who Laughs is terrible news for the DC Universe. With the tether between realities now set, it is unknown what is to be unleashed, as Sloane and Luthor are likely to bring other Fortnite villains and creatures to their Earth in a never-ending quest for power. Also, the comic could be a tease for an upcoming crossover event in the Fortnite game – like game has placed other worlds within his map prior to. Batman / Fortnite: Zero Point Number 6 is already in comic shops.
