A new promo image is giving Titans fans their first look at Jay Lycurgo’s Tim Drake, who will join the show’s expansive set in season 3.
A new image of Titans Season 3 has revealed the first look at Jay Lycurgo’s Tim Drake. Lycurgo will join the great ensemble returning to the DC show, which includes Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Curran Walters, Conor Leslie, Alan Ritchson, Minka Kelly and Joshua Orpin. Season 3 of Titans will also present the classic bat Man characters Barbara Gordon (Savannah Welch) and Jonathan Crane / Scarecrow (Vincent Kartheiser).
After the action of Titans Season 2, the team will return to Gotham City for the next chapter of the show. Old relationships, like the one between Dick Grayson and Barbara Gordon, will be back in the spotlight, and more bat Man the characters will join the entertainment world. Season 3 has also teased Jason Todd’s transformation into Little Red Riding Hood, with a hint in the season’s trailer that the Joker himself might be coming to town. All in all, Titans season 3 seems pretty exciting so far.

Now, Lycurgo’s Tim Drake has been revealed in a new first-look photo of TVLine. In the comics, Drake finally dons Robin’s mantle and fights alongside Bruce Wayne. It is not clear as of now what his future will be on the HBO Max series, but from the looks of it, he will be deeply involved in the events of season 3. Per TVLine, Drake, a natural detective, discovers secrets about the heroes of Titans They put you in serious danger with some less tasty characters. Between his flirtations with heroism, Drake works at Excellent Gotham Golden Noodle House with his parents. Look at the image below.
With the introduction of Drake in season 3, Titans will have three different versions of Robin at the same time: Drake, Grayson and Jason Todd. Dick has left his Robin persona behind at this point, taking on Nightwing’s new name and appearance instead. And with Todd also willing to ditch his Robin tenure for a darker vigilante persona in season 3, Drake could be wearing red and green sooner rather than later.
Tim Drake could also give an interesting street-level perspective of the current state of Gotham in Titans season 3. The city has never been known to be particularly safe, and there are sure to be a number of surprises in store for the Titans that a local like Tim might meet.
