Ayaka’s normal attack is called Art Kamisato – Naname, and it consists of five quick attacks in a row. His charged attack consumes stamina to unleash a continuous stream of sword ki. Ayaka’s elemental ability, Kamisato Art: Hyouka, is an AOE that knocks enemies into the air, dealing Cryo damage. The full 2.0 live stream can also be seen below:

Ayaka has a unique alternate Sprint called Kamisato Art: Senho, which allows her to cover herself in an icy mist. This ability is similar to Mona’s sprint in Genshin impact, allowing the character to move at high speeds even in water. Upon respawning, Ayaka will apply Cryo to nearby enemies while infusing her normal attacks with Cryo for a short time. His Elemental Burst, called Kamisato Art: Soumetsu, summons icy winds that slash repeatedly, dealing Cryo damage, until the attack blooms and deals more AOE Cryo damage to enemies.

Ayaka is expected to arrive on July 21 as part of Genshin impactVersion 2.0 update. miHoYo has also confirmed two new playable characters after Ayaka’s Banner: Yoimiya, a Pyro Archer, and Sayu, an Anemo Claymore user. As Inazuma nears launch, the long-awaited Kamisato Ayaka will finally arrive for fans to try and recruit him for their teams.
