Sookie wouldn’t love everything about her revival story, and fans don’t like seeing these two best friends fight to talk to each other. This is definitely a crossroads for them, as they admit that Sookie wants to move on, but Lorelai lets her know that she has a place in the Dragonfly Inn kitchen anytime she wants. Fans love the scene where Sookie makes various wedding cakes for Lorelai as this is a nod to the ones she made for Lorelai and Max’s wedding. It’s a great reminder that whatever happens, these two will be there for each other.
