Watch a shark bite into ‘Jackass’ star poop during Fonzie-inspired ‘Shark Week’ stunt

If you thought Jackass and Shark Week were a great combination, you may want to think twice. After doing many dangerous acts over the years, one of the Donkey The stars tried to perform a trick with a real shark. In the process, Sean McInerny, also known as Poopies, was bitten on the hand by the marine animal.

For Discovery’s popular Shark week, the stars of the comedy series were filming for Sunday Jackass Shark Week Special. Sean McInerney and his friends had previously performed multiple tricks without hurting themselves. They decided to raise the danger level to a higher degree by literally “jumping the shark.” The trick became famous in Happy Days when Henry Winkler’s Fonzie committed the act. The actor was dragged by a jet ski down a ramp where he jumped on the creature. Many critics and viewers felt that the scene ruined the rest of the TV show that took place afterward.

As McInerny’s friends and co-workers Steve-O and Chris Pontius watched, Poopies went down a ramp and then jumped into the water to swim with the aquatic life. Shortly after getting into the water, a shark bit him on one of his hands.

Fortunately, there were people waiting to help out. He was able to board a boat, where a tourniquet was wrapped around the bloody area. It seems that no part of his body is going to be removed.

Many people would be scared if they had seen a friend being attacked by an animal. Some, in this case, were unfazed. Steve-O, who has also been bitten by a shark in the past, said, “Was this just a bite in one place? And isn’t you missing anything?” Steve-O knows what it’s like to feel pain. In addition to the aforementioned shark attack, one of the stuntman’s most famous acts was when he put a hook to his cheek and swam in the ocean.

Unlike Steve-O, his co-star Pontius was more unsettled by the ordeal. The latter made a statement that said, “It’s a reminder that, yeah, we’re pushing him a lot. And this could happen, of course. It’s, like, everything is fine or this happens. And hopefully, everything is always fine, Everything is fine. But then … you know, this time it’s not right. “

While some may feel animosity for sharks after being attacked, McInerny doesn’t have those emotions. After the incident, he commented, “I knew there was a possibility that I would be bitten by a shark, but I didn’t think it would happen. I don’t blame the sharks at all. I mean, I was in his living room, and it was time to dinner “.

In addition to Shark Week Special, the cast will be in an upcoming feature film. Jackass forever It opens in theaters exclusively on October 22, 2021. The project is being released by Paramount Pictures. The entire group of artists will return, with two exceptions. Ryan Dunn will not be returning due to his death in 2011 in a drunk driving accident. Bam Margera will not return either, in his case for being fired for alcohol and legal issues.
