Nen, on the other hand, is a power that enables people in the world of hunter X hunter manipulate his life force, called aura, to mold it into various techniques. While there are quite a few differences between the two energy systems, interestingly, some abilities they produce are incredibly analogous to each other.

Created by Tobirama, the Shadow Clone Jutsu is one of the most influential techniques in all Naruto and it can be called the signature jutsu of Naruto Uzumaki himself. It allows you to clone yourself as many times as you like, depending on how much chakra you spend while doing it. hunter X hunterKastro was able to perform a similar technique, called Double, using Nen’s Conjuration and Manipulation types to create a clone of himself.
8 Enhanced chakra strength is like enhancement techniques
Used by many shinobi in the Naruto world, Chakra Enhanced Strength is a technique that requires a great deal of chakra control and allows the user to increase their strength dramatically. Proficient users like Sakura and Tsunade become so strong that even a single punch from their fists becomes lethal. This eerily resembles how enhancement techniques work in hunter X hunter, as seen with the likes of Big Bang Impact used by Uvogin, among many others.
7 Lightning Release Chakra mode resembles Killua’s Godspeed
Used by the third and fourth Raikage of Kumogakure, the Lightning Release Chakra mode is a powerful technique that dramatically increases the user’s durability along with increasing their physical and reaction speed to sky-high levels. This technique makes them fast enough to avoid the sharp gaze of the Sharingan and evade techniques like Amaterasu. Killua’s Transmutation-type ability, called Godspeed, is quite similar to this technique, it also increases his reflexes and dramatically increases his speed.
6 Zero Hand is Netero’s version of Night Guy
Using the power of the Eight Inner Gates, Guy was able to match Madara Uchiha in combat and even overwhelm him in certain cases. His strongest technique, known as the Night Guy, gathered all the power he had within him and unleashed it on Madara, leaving him on the brink of death.
Interestingly, Netero’s strongest technique, known as Zero Hand, was also a last resort technique that saw him use every part of his aura and shoot it at Meruem. Ultimately, Guy and Netero’s techniques failed to defeat the enemy forever.
5 Shino and Ponzu have the ability to control certain insects
As a member of the Aburame Clan, Shino was awarded a special bug, called a kikaichu, at birth. Growing up, Shino learned to make use of this ability in battle and to use it in many ways, such as tracking, draining chakra, or even delivering messages. While Ponzu did not have the power to control different insects like Shino, he was able to control bees to attack others and send messages as well. Unfortunately, the true extent of his abilities remained unknown.
4 The mighty Susanoo resembles the Type 100 Guanyin Bodhisattva
Thanks to the power of the Mangekyo Sharingan, members of the Uchiha clan can harness the power of the Susanoo, which is a large humanoid created from their chakra. The Susanoo is capable of fighting on your behalf and inflicting incredible damage, as well as being able to defend itself.
Isaac Netero, the strongest hunter known, was able to use a Susanoo-like technique called Guanyin Bodhisattva of type 100. Using this ability, he could summon a giant construction with arms capable of fighting on his behalf. 2 Might Guy’s Sekizo is similar to Zeno Zoldyck’s Aura Blast
Might Guy is one of the strongest taijutsu users in the world. Naruto series, if not the strongest. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Guy opened the eight inner doors to dramatically increase his physical abilities. He could perform techniques like the Sekizo, an air pressure cannon strong enough to damage even the ten-tailed jinchuriki, Madara Uchiha.
Zeno Zoldyck, one of the strongest characters in hunter X hunter, can perform a comparable, albeit much weaker technique called Aura Blast. This aura cannon was shown to be powerful enough to take down a skilled fighter like Chrollo.
1 Sasuke Uchiha’s Kirin resembles Zeno’s Dragon Dive
After relentlessly training with Orochimaru, Sasuke was able to gain tremendous power and even create a ton of his own techniques, the strongest of which was Kirin. By manipulating the weather to create storm clouds, Sasuke was able to summon natural thunder from the sky that struck in 1/1000 of a second.
Zeno’s Dragon Dive is a similar technique, as he also attacks the enemy from above. Instead of a single hit, Zeno hurls a shower of aura dragons towards the target. However, this technique does not have much power, as it was easily wielded by the Royal Guards of Meruem.
