In anticipation of the game’s closing, Nintendo stopped all diamond purchases on July 28. Those who attempt to play the game after November 1 will receive an end of service notification and will not be able to access the game. Dr. Mario World is the latest addition to Dr. Mario franchise. First Dr. Mario game released in July 1990, becoming a critical and commercial success. Mario’s brother Luigi got his own spinoff game in 2013 with Dr. Luigi on the Wii-U.
