Director James Gunn has shared in social networks the end of production of the Christmas special of Guardians of the Galaxy. This project is one of the most curious and fun of Marvel Studios. We thought that we were not going to have many surprises with him, but the truth is that we already have a fun confirmation within the MCU Phase 4. We explain why!

These Christmas balls from the Guardians of the Galaxy special feature eight different Marvel Studios characters. We have Mantis, Drax the Destroyer Y grootwho seems to have grown into a much older teenager than when we last saw him in Avengers: Infinity War Y Avengers: Endgame. We also have star lord, kraglin Y Rocket. However, the great surprise we have taken with Cosmothe Russian telepathic dog that we first saw in Guardians of the Galaxy (2014). We left him at the residence of the Collector and it seems that we can already confirm his canine participation in the Christmas special of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Such good news!

This special will premiere on Disney Plus later this year!

On the other hand, the legend of the Marvel Studios Christmas present thanks James Gunn for the hard work he has been doing with the UCM galactic franchise. “Thank you so much for all your hard work! We couldn’t have done this Christmas special without you. We wish you the best”, and the names of the top managers of the study appear, such as that of the renowned Kevin Feig.
