On Saturday, the official “Jeopardy!” Ella’s Twitter account also honored her run, tweeting, “Mattea Roach, it has been a pleasure watching you play. See you in the Tournament of Champions.”

Although it’s no secret to anyone watching along at home that Mattea would be going to the Tournament of Champions later this year to face Matt Amodio, Jonathan Fisher, Amy Schneider, and the rest of the “Jeopardy!” greats from this season, the ever-humble Mattea confessed that she would probably lose to Amy if the two faced off against one another!

However, a lot of fans still have faith in Mattea. “Congrats Mattea on a really good run. You brought personality and a little quirkiness to the show which is nice to see because the show gets too serious sometimes,” one fan commented. “Good luck in the OCD. Looking forward to seeing you, Matt and Amy compete against one another.”

Another fan wrote, “Jeopardy should just have Matt, Amy, and Mattea compete in primetime, like another GOAT tournament, and have the Tournament of Champions be for regular champions, who would surely be overshadowed if the 3 super champions were to compete.”
