The Head of Government of Mexico City, Claudia Sheinbaum traveled this Saturday to the state of Tabasco and there, she visited the Dos Bocas refinerya project he referred to as “A pride for Mexicans.”
In a message on Twitter, he pointed out that the trip was at the invitation of the Secretary of Energy, Dew Nahle and detailed that during his absence, the Secretary of Government, Martí Batres, was in charge of the local Administration.

Sheinbaum went to the refinery in the company of the governor of Campeche, Layda Sansoresat the invitation of the Secretary of Energy, Rocío Nahle.
The Governor of Oaxaca, alexander muratand the governor of Tabasco, Carlos Manuel Merino CamposThey also attended the visit.
Inside the Dos Bocas facilities, the CDMX Head of Government highlighted that the Olmeca Refinery is a “magnanimous work” and that for her, it represents a pride that it is a woman –Rocío Nahle– who is in charge of the construction project.
Sheinbaum added that Dos Bocas is “something impressive” and explained that this was not only because of the meaning it has for the country’s energy sovereignty, but “what it means a construction, in the midst of the pandemic, in the midst of the supply crisis and that today represents a pride for Mexicans”.
