On the other hand, tropical wave number 15 to the south of the Yucatan Peninsula, associated with a low pressure channel over said peninsula and the southeast of the country, will cause very strong punctual rains in Guerrero and Oaxaca and strong punctual rains in the Yucatan Peninsula.
In the northwest of the country, the Mexican monsoon will interact with higher atmospheric instability, causing intense punctual rains that could cause an increase in the levels of rivers and streams, floods and landslides in low-lying areas, for which the population is warned not to take risks. .
