'Alito' Moreno denounces Layda Sansores before the FGR


The national leader of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), Alejandro “Alito” Moreno denounced before the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), to the governor of Campeche, Layda Sansores.

Through Twitter, the PRI explained that the complaint is for breach a court order federal suspension outright in his favor so as not to broadcast more audios against him.

“I denounced before the FGR the fact that the governor of Campeche failed to comply with a federal court order of outright suspension, granted and ordered by a district judge in my favor.”

“Alito” Moreno pointed out that the suspension takes effect when pronounced and not when notified, which also happened when resisting with refusal to receive it, even when the District Judicial Clerk went to notify before his program.
