In the dome of the Parque Hundido neighborhood, in Gómez Palacio, Durango, there was a fight between supporters of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) called to participate in the election of partisan congressmen.
Opposing groups clashed because not everyone would be allowed to vote, “because they belong to a political current that is foreign to that of the former candidate for governor of Durango, Marina Vitela,” reported El Siglo de Torreón.
The events were broadcast live by Julio César Ruíz, for the videoblog “Let’s talk to Chile Mexico”. Shortly before the melee, the communicator said “This is the mood on the left.”
The fight broke out while choosing who could vote and who could not. In the fight, tables and chairs went flying, while several men exchanged blows.
