The direction of Civil Protection of the State of Nuevo León reported that it is presumed that the forest fire registered since early Monday morning in Cerro de la Silla was caused.
Through its official Twitter account, the state agency specified that the llamas are located on the slopes of the hillin the area known as ‘El Diente’, belonging to the municipality of Guadalupe.
Work by land is resumed first thing in the morning, monitoring is maintained during this morning.

“During this morning Civil Protection of Nuevo León, in coordination with the Phoenix Brigade, was activated to carry out actions,” he reported.

The brigade members have the support of elements of the Civil Protection departments of the municipalities of Guadalupe and Juárez, as well as the Guadalupe fire department, who carried out an ascent to a safe zone to monitor the forest fire advance.

It was reported that the fire started on a rock that is difficult to access and is advancing towards the lower part, affecting the low scrub, however, for the time being no risk of spreadand the closest homes are two kilometers away in Colonia Almaguer.
