For lawyer Paulo Díez Gargari, the concession granted to OHL, now Aleática, in the Bicentennial Viaduct project, is a “paradigmatic case” of corruption carried out by former President Enrique Peña Nieto and his political operators. In an interview for Aristegui en Vivo, he said he hopes that the investigation folders for federal crimes announced by the Attorney General’s Office involving Peña will make the politicians involved in crimes “pay for what they did, return what was stolen and assume their criminal responsibility.”
