On July 26, the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Marcelo Ebrard, reported during the morning press conference that the federal government has managed to recover 8 thousand 970 pieces of historical heritage stolen that are located abroad.
The chancellor explained that for this, three strategies have been used: voluntary surrendera by private collectors; confiscation by customs and security authorities; and the ccancellation of auctions.

Luckily, we have already managed to cancel some auctions”, affirmed the head of the SRE.
