A few days before his death, Olivia Newton-John shared one last photo on their social networks.

The legendary ‘Grease’ actress died on Monday after having battled breast cancer for 30 years.

Five days earlier, he shared on Facebook and Instagram a photo of her and her husband John Easterling, hugging and smiling.

But it seems not to have been such a recent image, because the star used the hashtag #flashbackfriday, with which souvenir snapshots are usually shared.

The interpreter of ‘Physical’ was initially married to the soap opera heartthrob, Matt Lattanzi -who he met on the set of the 1980 fantasy musical, ‘Xanadu‘- between 1984 and 1995, and had with him his daughter Chloe, 36 years old, but finally married the creator of the company Amazon Herb Company, in 2008, and remained with him until his death.

In 2021, Olivia – who was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992 and spent more than 20 years in remission before it returned in 2013 and finally spread to her lower back four years later – admitted she was “lucky” to have married a man who specializes in herbal medicinesince he had helped her “in many ways” with his cannabis.

In an interview with the magazine People, the Hollywood star stated: “I am very lucky to be married to a wonderful man, a man of plant-based medicine. He has great knowledge. He is now growing medical cannabis for me, and he has been wonderful. He helps me across the board.”
