A property caught fire this Friday in the Santa Fe area, in the Álvaro Obregón mayor’s office, for which personnel from the Heroic Fire Department and members of the Secretary of Citizen Security (SSC) went to the point, cordoned off the area and carried out road to begin with the actions to mitigate the fire registered this morning.
The events were recorded in an area of houses and grassland, on Vasco de Quiroga Avenue, in the Tlapechico neighborhood, and according to reports the flames were generated when city hall staff went to an irregular property to try to carry out an eviction, which generated some friction with the inhabitants of the area.
Users on social networks have shared images and videos where the flames of the fire are seen from the fire registered in the houses located in the Álvaro Obregón mayor’s office.

After the situation, an outbreak of fire was reported in the houses, for which police officers from the SSC of the capital helped to put out the flames in the wooden houses.
Work to prevent the flames from spreading to other homes ended after 8:00 a.m. on Friday, the SSC said. Firefighters also assisted in debris removal.
