In an interview with Aristegui en Vivo, the doctor in Criminal Sciences and Criminal Policy Yuriria Ramírez Castro asserted that according to any criminal code in the world, the violence that was experienced in Guanajuato, Jalisco, Chihuahua and Baja California, where members of organized crime led acts of violence that even claimed the lives of civilians, are acts that, according to any criminal code anywhere in the world, are terrorist actions.
