CFE internet and telephony packages: Prices, coverage, points of sale and everything you need to know


The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) launched its own mobile internet and telephony through its subsidiary Telecommunications and Internet for All (TEIT) with the aim that more people have access to this service.

CFE Telecommunications and Internet for All Its purpose is to lend and provide telecommunications services, non-profit, to guarantee the right of access to information and communication technologies, including broadband and Internet”, indicates the company on its page.

There are 12 prepaid packages that are divided into individual, semi-annual and annual. They start from 30 pesos.

  • 30 pesos: 4 GB, 250 minutes of calls and 125 SMS messages valid for three days. no hotspot
  • 45 pesos: 4 GB, 250 minutes and 125 SMS valid for three days. with hotspot
  • 100 pesos: 20 GB, 1,000 minutes and 500 SMS valid for 15 days. no hotspot
  • 150 pesos: 8 GB, 1,500 minutes and 500 SMS valid for 30 days. with hotspot
  • 200 pesos: 40 GB, 1,500 minutes and 1,000 SMS valid for 30 days. no hotspot
  • 300 pesos: 40 GB, 1,500 minutes and 1,000 SMS valid for 30 days. with hotspot
  • 400 pesos per semester: 5 GB, 1,500 minutes of calls and 500 SMS messages valid for 30 days. with hotspot
  • 800 pesos per semester: 40 GB, 1,500 minutes and 1,000 SMS valid for 30 days. no hotspot
  • 1,200 pesos per semester: 40 GB, 1,500 minutes and 1,000 SMS valid for 30 days. with hotspot
  • 700 pesos per year: 5 GB, 1,500 minutes and 500 SMS valid for 30 days. with hotspot
  • 1,400 pesos per year: 40 GB, 1,500 minutes and 1,000 SMS valid for 30 days. no hotspot
  • 2,100 pesos per year: 40 GB, 1,500 minutes and 1,000 SMS valid for 30 days. with hotspot
