The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) obtained link to the process against a person, probably responsible for the crime of organized crime with the purpose of committing human trafficking.
Last July, Blanca “C” was arrested by elements of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), of the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC), during a search in Mexicali, Baja California, fulfilling the arrest warrant issued against her.
The accused is linked to a criminal organization that was dedicated to migrant smuggling.
A control judge, residing in Hermosillo, decided to link Blanca “C” to trial for the crime under investigation.
This is the citizen identified as Blanca Fabiola Cruz Balderrama or Blanca Fabiola Sigh Balderrama alias “La Güera”.
It also issued the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention and set a period of six months for the complementary investigation.
