They extradite to the United States 'El Sillas', lieutenant of the 'Arellano Félix'

The The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) extradited to the United States a man of Mexican nationality required by the Federal District Court for the District of North Dakota, for his probable responsibility in the crimes of criminal association and against health.

Between 2004 and 2011, Juan “S” was allegedly a member of a criminal organization dedicated to drug trafficking to the United States of America.

This is the person identified as Juan Sillas Rochaalias “El Sillas” or “El Ruedas”, identified as the main lieutenant of Fernando Sánchez Arellano, “The Engineer”leader of the “Arellano Félix” organization, according to the Army in 2011, after his capture.

He was considered “one of the most violent subjects; responsible for a countless murders and he was following direct orders from ‘The Engineer’, who ordered him to maintain an intense struggle since 2008 with Teodoro García Simental of the ‘Sinaloa Cartel’, for control of criminal activities in Tijuana, BC”, according to the government report federal of that time.

It transpired that the alleged criminal ordered the kidnapping of three women, relatives of drug trafficker Ismael Zambada García, “El Mayo Zambada”, in Tijuana, BC, on September 25, 2010; in retaliation for the plagiarism and disappearance of his sister Lizeth Sillas Rocha.

The government of Mexico granted the extradition of the person sought to the Government of the United States of America, as reported in a statement.

Juan “S” was handed over at the Mexico City International Airport (AICM), to designated US agents for his transfer to that country.
