The prosecution has already confirmed his probable responsibility in the attack on a woman in the municipality of Temascalapa, for which he was subjected to criminal proceedings where his responsibility will be determined.
These events occurred on August 23 in the San Luis Tecuatitlán neighborhood, where the detainee is accused of subduing his victim with a sharp object. “He led her to a vacant lot, where he would have sexually assaulted her,” the prosecution said in a statement.
The subject was located after intelligence work and after receiving complaints for the rape of three women in the Temascalapa region, for what he was “a priority objective”.
According to the prosecution, after the capture the subject was processed and identified by his victims. However, local media speak of at least 10 victims in the region.
The attacks occurred on August 23, 2022, July 20, 2021, and November 26, 2021.
