pandev began his career in Belasica of Macedon, later, in July 2001 he joined Italian soccer with Inter de Milanwhich successively ceded it to Spezia and Ancona.

After passing through the ‘neroazurro’ team, Goran Pandev played for Napoli, Galatasaray and Genoa, before signing in January 2022 with Parma, team of the Italian B Series, team with which he played 11 games and scored a goal.
At the end of his contract with Parma, Pandev ended his sports career. With the Selection of North Macedonia played 122 games and scored 39 goals.
