Musk canceled a testimonial at the end of September citing concern about a Twitter attorney’s potential exposure to someone who later tested positive for COVID-19, according to a court filing made public today.
Musk, who is also CEO of electric vehicle maker Tesla, said in July that it was walking away from the acquisition deal announced in April because it discovered that Twitter allegedly misled it about the number of fake accounts, among other claims.
