Telcel must pay compensation to AT&T and Totalplay for monopolistic practicesafter losing his last claim resource in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN).
It is a legal process that has lasted for more than a decade and in which monopolistic behaviors that occurred between 2006 and 2012.
The companies won compensation after the Federal Economic Competition Commission concluded that Telcel engaged in monopolistic practices.
The trial ended in 2018, but Telcel activated a claim before the Supreme Court, which was finally voted on Thursday.
