AGREEMENT BY WHICH DEADLINES AND TERMS ARE SUSPENDED IN THE SECRETARIAT OF INFRASTRUCTURE, COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION, FOR THE REASONS SPECIFIED IN IT
-FIRST. Due to force majeure, the terms and deadlines of the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation and the Federal Civil Aviation Agency are suspended, from October 24, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
-SECOND. The days included during the period referred to in the previous numeral are considered non-working days for legal purposes; Therefore, during this period, the deadlines and terms for the receipt of documents and reports, procedures, actions, proceedings, initiation, substantiation and resolution of administrative procedures and/or contentious procedures before federal and local jurisdictional bodies, such as notifications, citations, summonses, requirements, requests for reports or documents and means of challenge, as well as any administrative act that is requested from the public servants attached to the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation and the Federal Civil Aviation Agency.
-THIRD. Any action, requirement, request or promotion before the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation and the Federal Civil Aviation Agency on any of the days considered as non-business days by this agreement, will take effect until the first business day following in terms of article 28 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure.
-FOURTH. In terms of preventive medicine in transportation, the practice of the comprehensive psychophysical examination is suspended and the legal effects of the psychophysical aptitude certificates are extended in terms of their validity and validity for the period indicated in the FIRST article of this Agreement.
-FIFTH. Regarding Federal Motor Transport, the procedures related to the issuance and renewal of the Federal Driver’s License, as well as the issuance of permits for federal motor transport, private transport and their auxiliary services.
In addition to the foregoing, the validity of the federal motor transport licenses has been extended, as well as the training certificates for federal motor transport drivers, for the period indicated in the FIRST article of this Agreement.
-SIXTH. Regarding civil aeronautics, procedures related to authorizations, permits, programs, accreditations, issuance of licenses and capacity certificates issued or granted by the Federal Civil Aviation Agency are suspended. The holders of permits, licenses or certificates of capacity may continue to exercise their powers as aeronautical technical personnel even when their respective certificate of psychophysical aptitude or comprehensive psychophysical examination is expired, having their legal effects extended for the period indicated. in the FIRST article.
However, the aforementioned procedures that have expired during the term of this Agreement will be understood as extended until December 31, 2022.
UNIQUE. This Agreement shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
