The film company Cinépolis revealed on Tuesday the release date of the film ‘Winnie the Pooh: Honey and Blood‘, they also released a new advertising poster for the film.
In Aristegui News it was previously reported that the new film under the direction of Rhys Frake-Waterfield would be released in February 2023 in the United Statesand that some Mexican film companies would screen the film.
This Tuesday both Cinépolis and Cinemex confirmed that they will screen the bloody film in their theaters, and revealed that it will be released next January 26, 2023.
The main plot of the film revolves around the grudge held by the animals of the 100 Acre Wood towards Christopher Robin, who abandoned them to their fate without food or drink, so the creatures have been left to fend for themselves and have returned to their wild nature: A bear -Winnie the Pooh- and a pig -Piglet- wild in search of their prey.
In this live action, Christopher Robin will return to the forest in an adult version of him with what appears to be his sentimental partner, whom he takes there with the excuse of “introduce you to some old friends”. However, the innocent visit will turn into a bloody hunt.
