The Zacatecan prosecutor’s office reported that the cause of death of Raúl Calderón Samaniego is injuries caused by a firearm.
The former bassist of The Romantics Of ZacatecasRaúl Calderón Samaniego, was found dead, after being reported missing on Saturday, December 31.
Through social networks, his relatives and the band confirmed his death.
The prosecutor’s office stated that it began the search actions on January 1, after receiving the complaint from the relatives.
Cameras were also reviewed, thanks to which the vehicle in which the victim was traveling was located and secured.
This Tuesday, January 2, the body was located inside his own apartment, thanks to a search warrant.
Forensic medicine services collected the body and transferred it to carry out the autopsy protocol.
The process concluded that the cause of death was wounds produced by a firearm.
The prosecution will continue to investigate to determine how the events occurred.
