A couple was apprehended in Nuevo León for allegedly having been responsible for the death of his 8 year old son, who died in a hospital after being assaulted with blowsthe authorities reported.
The Attorney General of the State of Nuevo León Antonio “N” and Rosa “N” were arrested after a criminal judge granted the Public Ministry an arrest warrant against those involved.
The defendants are charged with the crimes of qualified homicide and family violence against the minor under 8 years of age who died due to the seriousness of the injuries.
The Prosecutor’s Office reported that currently they are in prison waiting for its legal situation to be defined.
On January 22, the minor reported discomfort while he was in a house in the neighborhood Saint Elizabeth Valleyin the municipality of Juarez, New Lion.
The infant was taken to the maternal and child hospital, in Guadeloupe. Once there, he was admitted and treated, where the doctors identified signs of violence in various parts of your body.
However, the child died on Tuesday due to the seriousness of the injuries, for which the authorities began investigations for child abuse.
