'Up to Heaven: The Series

‘Hasta el cielo’ continues in the form of a sequel series for Netflix, where we will see how the story that began in the film directed by Daniel Calparsoro continues. And we already know exactly when it will be, because the streaming platform has announced the premiere date with a frantic first trailer. ‘Hasta el cielo: The series’ will arrive on Netflix next March 17.

The Red N company, which already bought the rights to the film shortly after its theatrical release in December 2020, has been working on the production of the series for continue his story from the end of the film.

‘Hasta el cielo: The series’ will focus on the life of Sole, which will be the great protagonist of the plot. It begins when Sole (Asia Ortega) sees how her life changes from one day to the next after receiving a call in the middle of the night that gives her the news of the death of angelher husband and leader of a hallucinatory gang.

Widow, with a dependent son and numerous problematic businesses to run, Sole is not willing to return under the tutelage of her father Rogelio (Luis Tosar), one of the biggest dealers in stolen goods in Madrid. With the cast already confirmed, Asia Ortega (‘El Inocente’), Luis Tosar (‘Los Favorites de Midas’), Patricia Vico (‘Parot’), and Fernando Cayo (‘La casa de papel’) will once again interpret their characters from the film.
