President Andrés Manuel López Obrador congratulated the mexican baseball team for having won the match in which they faced Japan in the CWorld Baseball Classic.
“The Mexican baseball players did an outstanding job. Our congratulations to all ”, he declared this Tuesday during the morning press conference in National Palace.
The president reiterated that the national team faced Japan, which he qualified as the best in the world. However, he pointed out that the Mexicans won because they are at that level.
“Mexican baseball had never been so high. It was an outstanding performance,” he said.
“Congratulate them all with all my heart, hug them all, their families, they left the name of Mexico very high,” he concluded.
